A $630,000 verdict was returned in favor of a Gibbon, Minnesota farmer in a trial in the Sibley County Courthouse in Gaylord.
The farmer was represented by the Schmidt Law Firm, Minnesota Accident Lawyers. The farmer suffered a hand amputation as the result of a farm accident involving a harvester.
The case was bitterly defended by the attorney for the insurance company, but Schmidt prevailed, convincing the Court to award a large verdict to Schmidt’s client.
